USING THE GEL PACK

For Cold Use:

For first use, lay gel pack flat in the freezer for a minimum of two hours
Insert gel pack into the sleeve of the lumbar support
Apply the gel pack, in the lumbar support’s sleeve, no longer than 20 minutes at a time
Store Gel pack in freezer for future use

For Hot Use:

WARNING: DO NOT OVERHEAT. DO NOT EXCEED 55 SECONDS

Wrap the gel pack in a paper towel and place in the microwave
Microwave for 35 seconds, remove and test the temperature
If warmer temperature is desired, heat in the microwave for 10 seconds and test again until desired temperature is reached
Microwaves do not heat evenly. Knead the heated pack to distribute the heated gel inside
Always test the pack’s temperature to determine if it is comfortable. if the pack is too hot, allow it to cool before use
Place the pack in the lumbar support’s sleeve before use
