This is a high density Poly Urethane fom cushion which has a removeable soft velour case, non-slip base and convieneient handle.is cushion has a “U” shaped cutout that can be removed to aid in the relief of coccyx pain or sciatica. The cutout can easily be replaced when full support is required.
